My sister and I went to the Cathay Pacific Tokyo Office last week to inquire about travel upgrades. The staff provided us with detailed explanations of our alternatives and was very helpful. We were given time to reflect and ask additional questions, and they made no effort to hurry us. It was a clean, well-lit office that was simple to locate. We were warmly received. It was also good that they were fluent in both Japanese and English.  We departed feeling content and assured because everything had gone according to plan. I would advise anyone taking a Cathay Pacific flight to visit this office.
